Requirements: must train with another super or acended super saiyan and have 41,000 pl
Boosts: 3x pl but very slow

Full Power Super Saiyan
Requirements: must live normal life while in super saiyan form without loosing transformation for 1 week (2 pages or one big story if by urself)

Super Saiyan 2
Requirements: be in raged while in super saiyan or full power super saiyan and have 50,000
Boosts: 2.25x pl

Super Saiyan 3
Requirements: must meditate long hours then release ur will to protect something or someone. (one long post of meditation) and 75,000 pl
