Rules

1. No spamming, techniques must wait 2 posts before using a move again
2. Each character has 3 moves when they are created and gain 1 new technique for every 4,000 pl
3. No godmodding
4. No asking for admin/mod
5. Be nice
6. Dragon balls can only be found after every thirty-five posts
7. After wish on dragon ball must wait 1 week before u can start gathering again
8. No abusing or cussing obsessivly
9. You can only come back to life twice with earth dragon balls and unlimited with namekian
10. No destroying planets untill power level is over 3 million
11. If you get Instant transmission, you must make at least 20 posts on the place you traveled to before you can use it again
