how to get power level

you get power level by training and an admin or mod will grade on what they think of how much power level u get note long post means more power short posts mean less. dont be mad if u get a low power score it does take time to train

also the power creation is where u get to make ur powers to be approved or denied due to how strong u are and how the description for the power is. note new powers are limited to 3 uses in a fight untill u train them.
